Filipe's approach to treatment
Filipe adopts an holistic approach to the treatment of all of his clients, carrying out a thorough examination and investigation into the cause and nature of the problem. Filipe then combines deep-tissue massage and stretching techniques, along with advice on strength and conditioning exercises, to help with injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation.
Filipe is able to treat numerous ailments and conditions that are musculo-skeletal in nature. No condition is considered too minor to treat as many of these are at the centre of future and more significant problems, catching them early is therefore a priority.
